Had my reveiw today, where it was not just the 2 davids but some woman who was a total bitch!! Who the hell is she, I have never seen such a look of disgust as I did when she looked at my work, she was rude and aragant, and thanks to her my entire collection has changed. The 2 davids they dont say fuck all and just let her say it all and agree. Who the fuck are you you aint seen my reseach you dont know my concept you dont know shit so fuck off back to where you came from because knowone wants you here! Guess my collection is all 50's now with dresses, which is funny because I swear when my main original idea was dresses I was told no its too preety, I cant win, and I bet if I do what they want they will ask me to change it any way. WHAT ASSHOLES!!!

so far 8/3/2011

last week i missed my formative assesment because i was soooo sick so I went in today to receive my dissertation results which made me more sick, I passed and that was great but the suspence of waiting made me feel worse. So I avoided David like the plague just so I could get on with my work and and go before I vomited all over the place. I lasted until 4ish I think then I relised if I carry on in this hot dull lighted room Im gana feel worse and will struggle to get home. During my illness last week I managed to do some printing, I finished my cupcake print which I love. Also finished my jersey print which I hate. the colours seem too baby like they need to be a bit brighter and pure. the lemon and sky blue just dont seem right to me. So I will have to invest in darker colours maybe look at printed jersey.

Anoying TWIST

I have started working on my trousers which are my jersey twist trrousers but im finding it very hard to keep the twist in. ive worked most of the weekend trying to solve this problem.

Mood Boards

My feedback stated that I need to show some marketing reference, which would show my target audience, the look or style, and show fashion designers that have a similar look to my collection. I managed to create
four mood boards which show where my inspiration for my look come from in terms of colour, print, and cut.

Its been a while since I have posted anything on this blog, but things have occured during the past month or 2 which has limited me to progress my work. The circumstances that I have come accross I have not been able to control and so my work has been rushed and not to a good standard, I have tried to catch up and keep up with the load but  at this moment I dont really think what I have fdone so far is enough. I managed to finish a few toiles but not complete outfits and not the entire collection which I am very ashamed of. At the moment I have been going to university just to get away from things at home but I go there just to be sent home. I wouldnt mind but it is costing me money. I should stay and dop some work I know but I feel like I need to be at home with my family at the moment which is hard because I have the worry of my work as well as the recent incident to deal with. Any way these are a few things I have managed to do in my project so far.....
